Room reservation rule and requirement                                                                                      

1. Rental application process fee $25.00 is none refundable.

2.We will deduct $200 to $700 from your deposit if you change mind or " back off " and regardless whatever kind of the reason after your room is reserved.

3. We reserve a right to reject any applicant up on your arrival then will refund your deposit only and we do accept Credit Card over the phone or online.

4. Our Rental Lease Contract is 3 to 12 months. However, you ( online Tenant only ) have a right to request that to termination of  His or Her Lease contract after the first month if you are not living comfortable with our space.
