1. Rental application process fee $25.00 is none refundable.

2.We will deduct $200 to $700 from your deposit if you change mind or " back off " and regardless whatever kind of the reason after your room is reserved.

3. We reserve a right to reject any applicant up on your arrival then will refund your deposit only and we do accept Credit Card ( US )over the phone or online.

4. Our Rental Lease Contract is 3 to 12 months. However, you ( online Tenant only ) have a right to request that to termination of  His or Her Lease contract after the first month if you feel not comfortable live with our space.
